Verdant Client — Features

Everything Verdant Client does.

Two products, built to work as one — on an architecture your IT team can vet. Below: what Verdant Client does for your firm, and how it is built.

Business features

What Verdant Client does for your firm.

The outcomes your onboarding, operations, and compliance teams care about.

Verdant Client Intake
  • Reads every document. Ingests the client documents you provide and reads them with AI, whatever the format.
  • Builds a structured graph. Extracts all the pertinent information into records in Salesforce, based on the concepts your firm uses.
  • Auto-populates records. Writes clean, populated records — with no re-keying.
  • Catalogs and checks completeness. Identifies and describes each document, and flags what is missing.
  • Recommends the documents to create. Proposes the exact paperwork each relationship requires, with a plain-language reason and a confidence score.
  • Generates the paperwork. Produces finished documents from your own templates, populated with the client’s data.
  • Reviews for gaps and conflicts. Checks the whole submission for missing information and inconsistencies before it reaches Operations.
  • An in-person ceremony, e-signature, or a mix. Guided signing with sealing and certificates for an audit-ready record — in person or by email, for every needed signatory. No third-party vendor, and no per-signature fee.
  • Routes every signatory. Assigns each signer an in-person or e-signature pathway in a single package.
  • Ingests opportunity context. Pulls deal context from the opportunity so the submission reflects the engagement.
  • Keeps a person in control. The AI proposes; a person reviews and approves before anything is created.
Verdant Client Orchestration
  • Builds the plan. Assembles complex onboarding plans from your templates — every task, owner, and hand-off defined once.
  • Tracks dependencies. Dependency-aware scheduling tees up the right work at the right time.
  • Automates the work. Event-driven automations fire integrations, data updates, and notifications on their own.
  • Visualizes on a live Gantt. The whole engagement at a glance, with a clean timeline and dependency links.
  • Tracks SLAs. Beat, overage, and overrun tracked against your benchmarks.
  • Organizes by workstream. Group work into KYC, AML, compliance, and any stream your firm runs.
  • Assigns clear ownership. A ballholder on every task, driving accountability.
  • Projects the finish. A projected completion date that updates as the work moves.
  • Surfaces what matters. Estimated completion and current owner, front and center.

Run both, and the handoff disappears.

The moment an intake is complete, it becomes the execution plan — seeding Orchestration with the tasks, dependencies, and owners already captured. No re-entry, and no dropped handoff. This is the part no single tool does, because no single tool owns both halves.

Technology features

Built for your IT team.

Verdant Client is a native Salesforce managed package. Here is what your administrators and security reviewers will want to confirm.

Platform, security & administration
  • Native Salesforce managed package. Installs into your org via a private link. Clean, versioned upgrades, with the source protected.
  • Runs inside your org. Client records live in your Salesforce org, under your security model and audit trail.
  • Inherits your permissions. Object and field-level security, sharing rules, and profiles all apply — nothing bypasses them.
  • Settings visible in a Setup console for admins. Configuration lives in Verdant Setup, visible and editable by your own team.
  • Works with your automation. Coexists with the Flows, Apex, and platform events you already run.
  • Managed licensing. Usage is administered through Salesforce’s standard License Management App.
AI, integrations & extensibility
  • AI powered by your AI framework. Document reading, extraction, and recommendations are configurable for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or your own custom model.
  • Governed by construction. The AI only proposes; a person approves before any record or document is created. Governance is architectural, not a setting.
  • E-signature built in. Native signing, sealing, and certificates. No third-party e-signature vendor, and no per-signature fee.
  • Your own DOCX templates. Documents generate from standard Word templates you control — no proprietary format to learn.
  • Email through your org. Signing invitations and notifications send through your Salesforce org’s existing email configuration, or an external third-party.
